All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars per Apartment per night and are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Child Rate – Under One year FOC, thereafter normal rates apply.

Note these specific conditions:

• Minimum of 2 night stay applies from 1 September 2011 to 25 October 2011 and 24 December 2011 to 4 January 2012 inclusive.
• A Surcharge of 20% on accommodation rates applies to all bookings for the period 24 December 2011 to 4 January 2012 inclusive.
• There are no surcharges or increases in our standard rates for the period of Rugby World Cup 2011.

1st May 2012 to 30th September 2012

1st October 2012 to 30th April 2013

Terms and Conditions

Non-smoking

As required by New Zealand Law and as the well-being and comfort of all guests at Bay of Many Coves is important to us, we have a non-smoking policy that applies to all buildings at the Resort.

Arrival & Departure

Our normal check-in and check-out times are 2:00PM and 10:00AM respectively. Should you arrive early or wish to leave later, we are happy to store your luggage for you whilst you enjoy Bay of Many Coves.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A current credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation. In confirming the reservation, and providing the credit card details, the guest acknowledges and accepts the cancellation policy detailed below and authorises the charging of any costs so incurred.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. As a result, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If your reservation is cancelled fewer than thirty days (but more than 9 days) before your visit, a charge of 25% of the booking value will be applied to the credit card.

Should we receive less than ten days notice of cancellation we will charge for the total accommodation value.  We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

Christmas & New Year Policies

There is a 20% surcharge on all Apartments for the period 24 December  to  4 January.

During the festive season period between 21 December and 4 January, all reservations cancelled fewer than sixty days prior to arrival incur charges for the total accommodation amount.

Exclusive Use

Bay of Many Coves Resort  is available for exclusive use. Please enquire directly.
