As you would expect with a secluded luxury hideaway, getting here is an exciting adventure all in itself. It begins the moment you enter the magical Marlborough Sounds. As you travel through native bush-clad bays, uninhabited golden sand beaches and breathtaking vistas, your worries simply fade away. You know you are in a very special place.

The Resort is just a 30-minute ferry ride from the township of Picton. There are no roads in or out. The only ‘vehicle’ will be our golf cart taking care of your luggage!

Transportation to and from the Bay of Many Coves

For all transportation options, we highly recommend booking ahead, the Resort Staff are very happy to assist in making your reservations so please contact us.

Please make sure your arrival time in Picton coincides with the water taxi timetable. Scheduled departure times for the CougarLine water taxis are estimates and we recommend you call ahead of time to confirm.

Parking in Picton

Short term parking is available in Picton at the council carpark between the CougarLine office and the Mercure Hotel at just $2 per day. Longer term secure parking is also available.
