If you are a photographer with a love of the outdoors and a taste for the comforts of 5-star luxury accommodation and fine cuisine, our Natural Environment Photography Retreat could be the perfect weekend for you.
Hosted by award winning professional photographer, Simon Woolf, the Photography Retreat is suitable for both experienced and novice photographers.
We are fortunate this year to partner with Dolphin Watch Nature Tours who will provide great opportunities to photograph a wide variety of seabirds, seals and dolphins when they are in the area.
Another major feature is a guided expedition via historic Ship Cove to Motuara Island, an uninhabited, predator-free reserve in the outer Queen Charlotte Sound where you will see rare and endangered native birds and wildlife.
Between photography assignments you can enjoy our acclaimed cuisine and relax in your luxury apartment, looking out on stunning views across the bay. A spa treatment for partners in our exclusive Miritu Spa plus a bottle of Tattinger Champagne is included in the weekend package.
