Our Executive Chef

Award winning Executive Chef, Jonathon Rogers, oversees a menu that reflects the abundance of fresh produce available in the Marlborough region, from an array of mouth-wateringly fresh seafood, green shell mussels and succulent salmon, to delicious cherries, stone fruits, seasonal vegetables, olives and grapes.

Naturally, our wine cellar reflects our proximity to the world-renowned Marlborough vineyards. Our special relationship with local winemakers ensures a broad and eclectic selection of Marlborough’s finest. The cellar is balanced with a further selection of regional New Zealand varieties.
